Some of the copyright for the content on this website may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under agreement. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.

A copy of the webinar presentation will be available before the webinar event after registration and is for personal/non-commercial use only. The content must not be modified or republished in any way without the prior consent of the presenter.

If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Neither is Praetorian Non-Profit Art and Health Consulting gUG. We let our speakers freely express their ideas and share their methods that not necessarily correspond to the general public’s opinion. Boglárka Simon-Hatala and Praetorian NonProfit Art and Health Consulting gUG use the most advanced technical platforms and designs the webinars in order to make them the most efficient and useful for the audience.

Webinars may contain links to other websites over which Boglárka Simon-Hatala and Praetorian NonProfit Art and Health Consulting gUG have no control. Boglárka Simon-Hatala and Praetorian NonProfit Art and Health Consulting gUG make no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites. We are not liable for the content on those websites.

§ 4 Registrations & Cancellation

By registering for a webinar series, consent is given for application details to be provided to the educational platform to set up the webinar and generate personal links for access. 
Registration for a webinar event may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be cancelled by Praetorian NonProfit Art and Health Consulting gUG, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.

§ 5 Webinars are recorded + Webinar materials

The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows video, audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact  Praetorian NonProfit Art and Health Consulting gUG to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date.
Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, or require you to download the software for your operating system. After registration we will send you all necessary links. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.
The webinar presenter may provide reference materials for your use during or after the webinar. These may include (but are not limited to) the following:

§ 6 Subscription fee & Cancelation of your subscription

There is no free.  The subscription starts automatically after signing up. 

If you wish to sign out, please write us an email to info@praetorianprojects.com . We unsubscribe you within 48 hours and send you the confirmation.
