Creative products and original content in dance:

legal questions of royalties, licences and personality rights

Boglárka’s recommendation:

Sebastian Gorski is a superstar lawyer in Germany, his specialty is personal rights in the media, but he is also knowledgeable on royalties, licences and the correct use of legally protected creative content. When I first met him, I was dealing with a difficult legal dilemma and he was not only displaying an unquestionable professional knowledge but a sensitive, empathic and very kind approach. I felt very supported by him! In his webinar, he is going to give you some ideas on what you should be aware of when making a creative content (video, choreography, advertisement) and how to respect personality rights in the press or in the internet.
