BrainFood
GO TO the VideoplatformLet me introduce myself and the project BrainFood
BrainFood is a non-profit, webinar based educational program designed for dance professionals (dancers, ballet masters, educators etc.) of foreign background who are living/working in Germany and aims to support the integration, self-advocacy and safety.
Hi, my name is Boglárka Simon-Hatala, I am a neuroscientists, physiotherapist and health scientist specialised on professional dance.
I spent more than 20 years working with elite dance professionals from all around the world and since a decade, I live in Germany. Managing a career in a foreigner country can be very demanding and it is not always easy to get all the necessary information to make the best choices. I curated a series of webinars to make this journey easier for YOU. Less stress means more time to enjoy dancing!
The webinars are presented in English and participation is FREE, you just need to SING UP! If you are a German dance professional, you are also welcomed to join! You are not living in Germany at the moment? You are not excluded.
Learn with the top experts about your health, mental- and emotional well-being, finances, project management, social media, legal self-protection, time management and so much more.
Get updates on all live-streamed and pre-recorded webinars, choose the presentations you are interested in and skip those you aren’t, get access to blog posts and educational materials, participate in Q&A-s and enjoy the stress-free upgrade of your professional competencies and a career boost. Missed a livestream because you were busy? You will get access to the recorded version.
BrainFood is founded by NPN Joint Adventures Stepping Out (Neustart Kultur) program of the German Ministry BKM. My project is hosted and supported by Praetorian Non-Profit Art&Health
